Campus Internationalization: Faculty & Staff Orientation
This training was developed with three colleagues as part of a course on developing intercultural trainings in organizations. The training session is meant to explore the significance of campus internationalization where it has already taken place. The goal of the training is to initiate and deepen conversations on culture. It touches upon academic, social and professional norms that could result in miscommunications or serve as a potential for growth.
Skills assessment: Needs assessment survey, training techniques, intercultural competence indicators, community engagement, program evaluation, program design.
